Welcome to SEO Umpire. SEO Umpire (seoumpire.com) is a product owned and operated by Sixty Seven Digital FZCO, a company registered in the IFZA free zone, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (trade licence 50647). In these terms "we", "us" and "SEO Umpire" refer to Sixty Seven Digital FZCO. By accessing or using our platform you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information when registering.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing page; access continues until the end of the current period.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SEO Umpire to analyze sites you are not authorized to test, to overload the service, or to resell reports in a way that violates these terms.
4. Data & reports
Audit data is generated from publicly available information about the URLs you submit. Reports are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee any specific search ranking outcome.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Umpire is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
